1.1 Truck7 – Truck7 OÜ (registry code 16770094, address Kanarbiku 2, Soinaste küla, Kambja vald, Tartumaa, Republic of Estonia).

1.2 Database – The Truck7 database at www.truck7.eu, which contains listings of truck and trailer sales and rental offers.

1.3 User – A private or legal person who has accepted the Terms and Conditions, registered in the Database, and created a User Account.

1.4 User Data – All data entered by the User into the Database, including registration data, offers, inquiries, and other information processed by Truck7.

1.5 Terms and Conditions – These current terms and conditions for registered users of the Truck7 Database.

1.6 Data Recipient – A legal entity that uses the Database or services provided by Truck7 and to whom Truck7 provides access to User Data under these Terms.

1.7 Parties – Truck7 and the User.

1.8 Services – All Truck7 services related to truck and trailer sales and rental listings.

1.9 Access Data – The username and password chosen by the User upon registration or later updated within the Database.

1.10 Portal – The environment created by Truck7 for providing services related to listings at the domain Truck7.eu.

2.1 After completing registration and accepting these Terms, the User shall have full access to the Services.

2.2 The User must enter only correct and accurate User Data into the Database.

2.3 All rights to the Database belong to Truck7. The User does not acquire any ownership rights and may only use the information in good faith via the provided contact details. Unauthorized copying, extraction, or modification of the Database is prohibited.

2.4 The User may update or modify their User Data and control its visibility. To delete an account, the User must email info@truck7.eu. Truck7 will delete the account within three (3) working days of receiving the request.

3.1 By agreeing to these Terms, the User consents to Truck7’s use of cookies at www.truck7.eu for improving and personalizing the Service.

3.2 Truck7 enables the User to use the Services according to these Terms upon registration.

3.3 Truck7 processes User Data for the purposes of providing Services, fulfilling legal obligations, and protecting its legitimate interests. Submission of User Data is mandatory; failure to provide or limiting processing may prevent Truck7 from delivering Services.

3.4 Truck7 may share User Data only when necessary to perform contracts or to third-party service providers assisting in Service delivery. Such entities act as authorized data processors.

3.5 Truck7 may delete incorrect or misleading User Data and is not responsible for information entered by Users or third-party content.

3.6 Truck7 is not a representative or agent of any User and is not liable for damages or disputes arising from agreements between Users. Truck7 does not guarantee successful client or buyer matches through the Portal.

3.7 Truck7 may contact Users by email regarding updates, offers, and new listings, and may host the Database or User Data on servers located abroad while remaining the data controller.

3.8 User Data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable time thereafter to comply with legal requirements or protect Truck7’s rights.

3.9 Truck7 may modify the structure or functionality of the Database without notice and may update these Terms with at least five (5) days’ notice via www.truck7.eu.

4.1 Truck7 may terminate Services without notice if the User violates these Terms and fails to correct the issue within three (3) working days after notification.

4.2 The User may stop using the Services at any time by notifying Truck7 via email. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

4.3 The User is liable for damages caused by violations of these Terms. Truck7 is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of User-provided information or for damages resulting from its use.

5.1 Truck7 does not offer refunds.

5.2 Users may cancel their truck or trailer listings anytime under My Listings in their account. No additional fees apply, and listings become inactive immediately upon cancellation.
