As of October 7, 2025

Truck7 is pleased that you have chosen our website and that you are interested in our company, products, and services. It is important for us to protect your personal data during handling throughout the entire business process. We want you to feel secure while using our website. In the following, we explain what information we collect while using our website and how this information is used.

1. Definition of Personal Data

Personal data is specific information about personal or factual characteristics relating to a certain natural person or a natural person who can be identified. This includes information such as your real name, address, telephone number, and date of birth.

Information that cannot be directly linked to your real identity – such as favorite websites or number of users of a site – is not considered personal data.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Truck7 is committed to preserving the privacy of users of our website. While using our website, our servers may temporarily save, for security purposes, the connection data of the computer connecting to our servers, a list of the pages or functions that you use within our website, the date and duration of your use, and identification data of the device and operating system used.

Additional personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address is not collected unless you provide this data voluntarily (e.g., by completing an online contact form, during account registration, or while fulfilling a contract or information request).

Certain areas of the Truck7 website require registration or a password for access. Information obtained from users of these areas may also be used for Truck7’s marketing purposes within the limits of national law.

Truck7 provides a right of access and rectification of personal data under applicable legislation.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses cookies to collect and analyze data about website usage. This information helps us evaluate how users interact with our online offerings and improve our services.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled, meaning your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU or EEA before processing. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser will not be merged with other data from Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing data by installing the browser plugin available at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

For more information about Google’s data use, visit:

To opt out of tracking by Google Analytics across all websites, visit: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Please note: not all users access our site via a web browser. For example, some use mobile devices or applications. In such cases, it may not be possible to disable cookies or change browser settings.

4. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google, to manage website tags. The Tag Manager itself does not collect any personally identifiable information and operates on a cookieless domain.

The tool triggers other tags that may collect data. Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If you disable tracking at the domain or cookie level, this setting will apply to all tags implemented via Google Tag Manager.

For more details, please refer to Google’s information about Tag Manager.
